A native of Bogota, Colombia, Frank moved to New York City in 1973. He developed and affinity for technology and video production at an early age and found himself aggressively pursuing opportunities to work in NYC’s eclectic production scene.  Frank learned the craft of traditional post production linear systems, but was fortunate enough to adopt non-linear systems very early on in their history. In 1993 Frank brought his experience to South Florida where he quickly acclimated to the local market.

Having worked in everything from network news and independent documentaries, to broadcast entertainment programming, to TV commercial and corporate videos, Frank has been a “go-getter” when it comes to learning all aspects of the production industry.

Frank’s prolific and exceptionally diverse volume of work has led to numerous awards throughout his career including a National Edward R. Murrow, several regional Addys, Tellys and Emmys, as well as several corporate recognitions for groundbreaking videos.

Frank feels strongly about putting love into everything he does and it shows in his work and in the strong relationships he nurtures with clients.

Scott moved to New York City from Miami to follow his passion for post-production audio at the legendary Trackworks Recording in Midtown Manhattan. For the next 8 years he worked with national advertising agencies and won numerous awards for campaigns with Ford, HBO, Miller Beer, Campbell’s Soup and Alaska Airlines.

In 1990, he headed home and “took his talents to South Beach”, at Broadcast Video Inc., South Florida’s premiere post-production house. In the span of 13 years Scott helped the facility grow from one small analog room in North Miami to seven state-of-the-art, digital audio suites throughout South Florida.

Scott has worked on the sound design and mixing of hundreds of projects including two Super Bowls, two World Series, six independent films, ADR sessions for major motion pictures, as well as numerous award winning spots for Crispin, Porter + Bogusky, Alma DDB, Arnold Worldwide, Cooper DDB, Zubi Advertising, Starmark and BPD Advertising.

Scott is known for his fierce loyalty to clients and to protecting their interests above all.

Raised in Far Rockaway New York, Joel always wanted to be an advertising executive from an early age. His passion for television and production lead him to Indiana State University where he majored in radio, television and film. However, he eventually found that his passion was the behind the scenes of the production business. From his early days of Cable TV and pay-per-view events with Don King, to writing scripts for commercials and other programming, Joel quickly developed an uncanny talent for developing ideas and content.

Over the years however, Joel found that it was the publicity and marketing of individual personalities such as Jerry Lewis, that was his forte. This led to his role as unit publicist on the TV show Miami Vice, and other major television productions at Universal and Viacom.

From commercial and corporate productions, to live broadcast events, Joel always delivers a powerful message and strategy for our clients.

Angel’s experience in the broadcast world in simply unparalleled. Beginning his career in the early 80’s as a cameraman and editor, Angel was not just an early pioneer in the Hispanic television market, but in fact the first Hispanic cameraman / editor in the first Spanish speaking network in the US.

After a decade at SIN, Angel migrated to Telemundo Network in the early 90’s where he quickly rose to be Chief Photographer.  This was when he began to develop his unique and highly specialized skill set in broadcast operations.  As Angel’s knowledge of designing, deploying and hanging televisions stations and networks grew, he became an early adaptor of cutting edge broadcast technologies and workflows.

In the mid 90’s Angel was brought on at Univision Network as Director of Operations.  Here his career took a giant leap as the technical and operational evolution of the network became his brainchild.  From news to production, Angel was a principal player in growing Univision into the state of the art network it is today. Today, Angel is a network operations and technical media specialist, and LP Media leverages his vast experience and keen knowledge for our clients.

As a graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a degree in Broadcast Journalism, Stephanie wears several hats at LP Media. Besides her administrative roll in day to day operations, Stephanie handles the production coordinating and logistical workflow of multiple projects at a time. From pulling permits and insurance certs, to coordinating talent and client deliverables, she’s is always on top of it.

Stephanie’s dynamic personality and passion for new challenges are what drive her to grow professionally with every project, but her will to better our workflows and operations is what sets her apart.
